1. By agreeing to these terms, you grant True Dreams permission to preserve your flowers

2. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the flowers arrive at our studio in the best possible condition. We have provided detailed instructions for packaging and sending your flowers on our Step By Step page. We preserve all flowers to the best of our abilities; however, please note that wilted, bruised, dead, or otherwise damaged petals cannot be restored during the preservation process

*Don’t worry if some of the blooms are too damaged but you would still like to include them in your artwork. You can purchase replacement flowers from your florist, or if that’s not possible, Contact Us to discuss alternative options

3. True Dreams requires a £50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your slot. The final invoice will be generated and sent to your email. We kindly request that the remaining balance be paid within three days of receiving your invoice

4. True Dreams does not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. All orders are custom-made and unique; therefore, they cannot be reimbursed

5. Order Approval
Once your frame option and all other details have been approved through confirmation email and communication, True Dreams cannot modify or reduce the order at the client’s request

6. Frame colours may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen due to differences in monitor settings and screen displays

7. It is the customer’s responsibility to securely hang or place their frame. All frames are delivered fully assembled and securely packaged, but proper placement and safety in your home is the customer’s responsibility

8. Preservation Variations and Replacements
While every effort is made to preserve your flowers beautifully, please note that in rare cases some flowers may not preserve as expected. Changes in colour, shape, or appearance may occur due to factors such as flower type, condition upon arrival, bloom characteristics, or other natural variations

In such cases, the flower(s) may be replaced either by the Flower Preservation Artist or by the customer. Replacement flowers will be carefully selected to closely match the original, and in rare cases may include artificial flowers to ensure the overall design remains beautiful

9. If no prior preferences or arrangements are made with the client, all designs are up to the artist. For example, if some flowers are left out of the order for any reason, this is at the artist’s discretion and doesn’t need to be discussed with the client during the design process. It is at the artist’s discretion to create your piece as beautifully as possible, based on the quality and appearance of the flowers provided

10. Some flowers’ shape and color may change slightly during the preservation process due to the natural properties of the flowers and the moisture extraction process. For example:

Red flowers may turn a darker red or burgundy
Cream/white flowers may turn a darker cream or beige with yellow undertones and can become slightly transparent
Pink flowers may change to a darker or lighter shade, depending on the variety
Small and fragile foliage may become loose
Please note: this list is not restricted due to botanical’s nature, varieties, age, arrival condition etc.7. We do not return flowers that were not selected for your artwork

11. In the event that an order arrives damaged during its journey to the customer, we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. Each case will be discussed individually with the customer to arrange the recovery or replacement of the damaged frame

12. In the unlikely event that an order is lost during its journey to the customer, it is our responsibility to replace the lost order using the remaining flowers in our storage

13. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice
